What happens if my employer retires me on the grounds of redundancy or efficiency?
11:54, 29 Jun 2009If you are aged 55 or over and have at least three months total membership or have brought a transfer value into the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS), you will be entitled to the immediate unreduced payment of your LGPS benefits.
