Bridlesmith House, Nottingham

Bridlesmith House, purchased by the fund in 1997, is a substantial retail and office building with three retail units over basement, ground and first floors and separate self-contained offices on the second to fourth floors. Bridlesmith Gate is one of Nottingham’s smartest shopping streets with a variety of designer ladies and menswear boutiques. Current tenants include Flannels Group and Diesel. The value has increased by over four times since purchase.

Chiswick Park, London

Chiswick Park is a top quality business park covering 33 acres situated mid-way between central London and Heathrow Airport. The site was acquired in 1999 by a consortium of Argyll Property Asset Managers (now Arlington), Schroders and Stanhope (a prominent development company). The fund is invested through a unit trust arrangement which gives exposure to a larger development than would be possible with direct ownership. Our investment has almost trebled in value.

Holland House, London

This is one of two properties located together by the famous ‘Gherkin’ in the City of London. Holland House is a listed office building over seven floors designed by Dutch architect Berlage.

The Frontage, Nottingham

This property was purchased in 1997 as office accommodation. The entire property is let to Boots but is sublet to a variety of occupants as three office units and two retail units.

Renown House, London

This is one of two properties, located by the famous ‘Gherkin’ in the City of London and was purchased in 2004. Renown House is a small office building occupying six floors.

Sentinel House, London

Sentinel House is primarily an office building built in 1990 as part of a larger development in London’s west end. It has office accommodation over six storeys with two flats on the sixth floor. The fund purchased the building in 2001 from the original developers and current tenants include Kingfisher plc and the Pearl Group.
