Changing your banking details
If you change your bank/building society account, you will need to inform the HR/PAY department so that we can continue to pay your monthly pension to you. For security reasons,
this information cannot be taken over the telephone, or by e-mail, as your signature is required.
To notify us of a change of bank / building society account details, you should print off, complete and sign the Change of Bank Details for the Payment of Pension Form which can be found on the Forms page
The completed form should then be posted to the following address:
