2023 Adoption Barometer survey

The 2023 Adoption Barometer survey is now live!

Now in its fifth year, the Adoption Barometer has made waves. It helped secure the extension of the Adoption Support Fund, the first data on school exclusions in England, and a large investment in adoption services in Wales. It was referenced several times in the National Adoption Strategy in England. Its statistics and recommendations are frequently cited by politicians and professionals in all four nations of the UK.

This survey is for adopted people and adopters at whatever stage they are at on their adoption journey. It takes around 20 minutes to do and is completely anonymous, however there is the option in the survey to leave contact details if respondents wish to. The results will be published in the Adoption Support Barometer Report at the end of May 2023.
