Adopter Voice review - early permanence carers and adopters

Was your child placed under fostering for adoption regulations?

Adoption UK have been asked by Regional Adoption Agencies to review this process in order to improve improve recruitment, preparation and support for carers who undertake these placements.

A survey has been put together gather feedback from foster to adopt carers and we would encourage anyone who has been through this process to take part.

The survey should only take around 20 minutes to complete and you can find this using the Microsoft Forms link.
