Young people's event for 8 to 12 year olds on 29 October 2025

Young people's events
Course date: Wednesday, October 29, 2025

Our young people's events are always great opportunities to meet other adoptive families, share experiences, and simply have fun! Join us for fun and exciting sensory activities.

This event will take place on Wednesday 29 October 2025 and activities will include:

  • Young person skipping workshop (free skipping rope for every young person attending)
  • Making flapjacks
  • Making Autumn decorations
  • Other arts and crafts activities

Please note that places are limited. Refreshments will be available but families will need to bring their own packed lunch.

Venues either have level access or ramps available in areas where there are steps.

Please also note that due to the increase in demand for places at these events priority will be given to those who have not attended an event before or did not have a space at one of our earlier events. We will aim to inform you as soon as possible whether your child has a place on an event.
